Thank you for shopping at Beth Ann Erickson Designs. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Physical Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a refund when appropriate.

Returns for non-damaged items are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Personalized and Custom Items

Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless the product arrives damaged or with an error on our part. Photos will be required for review.

Digital Downloads

All digital download purchases are final sale and non-refundable due to the nature of instant file access.
If you experience an issue accessing your files, please contact us, and we will be happy to help.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us so we can assist with a replacement or help file a carrier claim when applicable.
