This template is for a flat 5x7, double-sided or single-sided thank you card, that you can print at home or have printed online or at a print shop.

This template is fully customizable and very simple to use. You don’t have to download or install any software or fonts; you edit this design completely online at www.canva.com. (You do need to have an internet connection at the time of editing.)

This is a CANVA TEMPLATE. It is not editable using: Microsoft Word, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, InDesign, Google Docs, or any other software.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need a FREE Canva account to open and edit the templates on your computer or in the Canva App on your phone or tablet.
